Product Overview
WebMD's Subscriptions section within the Preference Center is responsive and focuses heavily on usability. In the past, when a user wanted to unsubscribe from a specific newsletter there wasn't an easy way to find that newsletter within the list of 45. Most users became frustrated and globally unsubscribed. This new design creates a top module with all user's subscriptions for easy editing. Additional features have been added to this page including thumbnails, newsletter descriptions and a link to a sample of every newsletter.
